Customer’s need, the German leader in white household appliances manufacturing, was to improve the reading accuracy of the drum sensor.
We realize a plastic bonded ferrite magnet, magnetized 16 poles on the OD. The ring has a height of 6.3 mm, an outer diameter of 19 mm and an inner diameter of 14 mm.
Within the magnet, has been made a plastic injection in POM, which fixes the magnetic ring on the crankshaft and prevents breakage.
