More and more used in this field are alnico magnets, thanks to their advantageous features.
Alnico magnets are mainly made of aluminium, nickel, cobalt, copper and metal. This composition allows an excellent magnet’s field stability.
Alnico magnet has little flux variation also during long and important thermal changes, with only a 0,02% loss of coefficient for centigrade.
Another important feature is temperature: alnico has one of the highest coefficient of heat resistance (500 °C).
This special material finally has a very good resistance to corrosion.
