Printing on magnetic sheets is a revolution that is step by step changing the world of visual communication: goodbye to glues, difficulty of assembly and disassembly with an interesting cost reduction. How can you implement the magnetic technology on digital and traditional offset printing machines? The answer is Ecomag. The system developed by Compo Tech Co allows to realize magnetic prints without changing the equipment: normally, in fact, the print on magnetic sheet gives big problems with the rollers and the print heads, as well as the final yield of the printed. The Ecomag sheets (existing in both paper and Pet) represents instead the perfect solution because they are magnetized only at the end of the printing cycle.
During the molding phases, Ecomag behaves exactly like a normal paper roll, ensuring an exceptional image quality, then in the final process, the printed paper is magnetized by passing in the magnetizing roller especially created for the press.
The magnetic film Ecomag is very thin (only 0.3 mm) and fits all both offset and digital printers, in sizes from 500 x 707, 330 x 480, 320 x 450, 420 x 297.
The product has been tested and certified on HP Indigo, Konica Minolta, Xeros.
