For a company leader in the production of raised floor, we have realized a magnetic laminated covering to be applied on an aeration grid located in theCED area of the office. Electronic components, in fact, need air recycling.
The laminated used for the covering has a thickness of 0.8mm. Using only the glue for the fixing on the grid, the laminated used to curling on itself.
To overcome this problem, Bassi Group International has decided to fix the laminatad to the ventilation grid with the self-laying magnetic system. All this using a magnetic film with high attraction features in only 0.7mm of thickness.
To apply the magnetic film on the laminated was used a structural glue by Mapei.
The resulting magnetic laminated was subsequently blanched, making holes of the same size as those on the grid. In this way it was possible to match the ventilation grid with the magnetic laminate to the existing flooring inside the office.
Today, the final product obtained is overcoming all the technical tests required to be approved for the application on raised technical floor.
