For our customer company, Italian papermaking leader in the realization of customized packaging and carton displays, we have realized an innovative carton display with a magnetic and interchangeable product’s image.
Product’s image it was realized with PaperMag 400, innovative magnetic sheet with white printable side in Premium Quality 120gr paper, with only 400 micron of thickness.
We printed PaperMag 400 in offset on Man Roland R700 HiPrint machine. Graphic’s result is guaranteed also with high volume with an excellent print’s quality.
Also developed in SpeedPrinter version, PaperMag 400 is the magnetic sheet not active. This new technology allows sheets to not couple each other during the downloading fase and permit to have a direct print on magnetic paper 400 micron without any obstruction problem or Paper jam.
The magnetization is made after print by RollMag.
RollMag is the first Magnetic Film roll activator by Bassi Group International, proposed with a practical handle in the manual version. It’s enough passing it on the magnetic surface to activate it permanently.
With the product’s image print on PaperMag 400, carton display finally live more than one life, allowing to update the communication simply by unplugging the old image and replacing it with the new one. Ideal for dynamic and constantly updatedcommunication .
The magnetic image printed on PaperMag 400 is applied on IronFlex, metallic film/base extra thin, previously applied on the carton’s display.
The application is easy and immediate and guarantees to the final customer the full control of the merchandising directly into the store.
