For an important company in the ventilation industry we have developed a new motor in efficiency class A +++.
Our customer’s requests were very strict : achieve a more compact motor with external rotor, the absence of cogging, balanced rotor and finally reach the efficiency class A +++.
We made an anisotropic neodymium magnet with an outer diameter of 53.5 mm, internal diameter 45.5 mm, height 30 mm. The ring, 6-pole magnetized on OD of 36 ° inclined, has been realized with the technology BONDED PRESSED HOT TOP QUALITY grade BM35T. (Br 12000-12800 Gauss / Hcb 880-950 KA/m / Hcj 1440-1760 KA/m / BH (max) 265-295 KJ/M3).
To avoid magnet’s anti-rotation on the rotor, have been added six grooves that align in a modular way the magnetic ring on the rotor. Grooves also identify poles.
Our magnet performance has improved engine efficiency at 90%.
