A famous British publishing house, has used our magnetic self-lying system for the whole floor in LVT wood effect.
In collaboration with the manufacturer of laminated vinyl, has been realized a special magnetic LVT slats 15*120 cm*9 mm.
The patent has allowed to industrialize the realization of magnetic sandwich made with LVT in the production line. The LVT has been coupled with the new MagFilm 50/45 extra powerful magnetic films NOT ACTIVE. The magnetic film, already coupled, has been activated directly during the production line with MagRoll system (patented). The magnetizer roll M200 applied in line, allowed to magnetize the magnetic film NOT ACTIVE and then simplify and speed up the production. The magnetic film MagFilm 50/45, with a pull force of 45 g/cm2 is the most powerful magnetic film in only 0.5 mm of thickness.
The lying was carried out by applying a special film, composed by a polyethylene foam and the metal film IronFlex 50 coupled together. With 3.5 mm total thickness, the floor pad for LVT flooring provides a load of 50 kg/m3, better phono acoustic absorbency up to 25 dB and the perfect stability of the floor, thanks to the magnetic fixing.
Self-lying magnetic floor system means versatility in the choice of materials, colors and sizes: the fixing of the floor is clean and quick, it does not used up with time, and above all it doesn’t generate magnetic fields or magnetic interference.
The self-lying magnetic floor system is a Bassi Group International patented solution.
