The magnetic technology is developing very quickly thanks to technological and economic benefits it guarantees. Also in the screen printing industry, lithographic high speed digital printers. Today it is possible to print directly on magnetic material, not active! Until now, the production of magnetic media foresee the coupling of the printed paper in magnetic films. Today, however, thanks to magnetic technology EcoMag Speed Printer, you can print directly double-side, because the magnetic film is magnetic but NOT active.
The material was printed on HP Indigo WS6600, printed directly on the coil at high speed, over 30 meters per minute. Once printed on the magnetic film EcoMag Speed Printer, the card is then magnetized with a special magnetizer roller RollMag (patented). Nowadays, thanks to EcoMag Speed Printer were printed over 2 million magnetic cards of the Sicily.
We have also tested the product on printer XEROS IGEN 5 and IGEN 150, with extraordinary results in terms of quality, speed and yield.
