We tested PaperMag 400 – magnetic paper 400 micron thickness for a direct digital press – on Konika Minolta bizhub Press C1085, in the head quarter of our partners Pace SPA located in Reggio nell’Emilia.
PaperMag 400 is the first magnetic paper suitable for high-volume printing.
With its paper Premium Quality 120 gr, graphic results are guaranteed also in high-volume and with a printing speed of 100/85 ppm (page per minute).
Developed in SpeedPrinter version, PaperMag 400 is the magnetic paper not active. This new technology allows sheets to not couple each other during the downloading fase and permit to have a direct print on magnetic paper 400 micron with a Digital Press Printer, without any obstruction problem or paper jam.
The magnetization is made only after print by RollMag.
RollMag is the first magnetic films’ activator roll by Bassi Group International, proposed with a practical handle in the manual version. It’s enough passing it on the magnetic surface to activate it permanently.
There are a lot of application for PaperMag 400 : think to magnetic card print, magnetic photos, magnetic promotional, magnetic invitations and celebration cards.
