Compo Tech Co. in 2008 began working on the development of magnetic systems able to modify normal car, trucks, tractors, tanks making them suitable for AdBlue. The work, commissioned from a big Swedish car manufacturer, planned to produce a magnetic device to implement on the manufacturer’s tanks: produced in plastic with rotational molding, the special ADBLUE tanks had to maintain the same characteristics of production but with an additional feature that would guarantee the correct insertion of the AdBlue additive within the specific tank. Compo Tech Co. has developed a system to implement the ADBLUE nozzle with a magnet and a sensor activating when in contact with the magnet inserted in the tank. Since 2008 to today, Compo Tech Co has developed various systems to allow car manufacturers to produce suitable tanks for vehicles from Euro 5 onwards, without changing the production of individual pieces. Guaranteeing the maximum safety, materials and customized sizes also respecting the automotive industry regulations. Compo Tech Co. also realize “temporary” filling systems for large naval industry vehicles, and ADBLUE nozzle kit for after market.
