Today exist on the market magnetic mats with stripes thick up to 0,9 mm, stitched, not extractable. Saw that are not extractable is impossible to wash the mat, since it would damage the stripes.
For an innovative biomagnetic mat we have realized high performance extractable magnetic strips with superficial power from 80 to 700 gauss, to allow their extraction and consequent mat washing.
Biomagnetic mat is composed by 11 magnetic strips, width 45 mm, long 750 mm and thick 2 mm. Are characterized by higher thickness if compared with strip currently available on the market, that are thick only 0.45 mm. In this way, is possible to extract easily from its specific pocket, allowing mat washing.
All the 11 magnetic strips are customized with labels of different colors, so they could be extracted and re-positioned in the correct pocket.
One adding advantage is strips elasticity because they can resist to twisting and loads without any break.
