Compo Tech Co Research & Development staff has designed a new magnetic system to improve the functioning of the magnetic oil filter of the vehicle (from motorcycles to trucks), providing them with an advanced feature to filter also metal micro-particles normally not purified by traditional filter.
The Compo Tech Co. innovation consists in inserting a special magnet inside the oil filter, power and size designed depending on the characteristics of the filter, which attracts the metal micro-particles that may damage the operation of the engine, preventing from entering into circulation in the system. The special magnet NYOMAG quality NM-38EH is developed to be easy inspected it can be posizioned inside the oil filter capsule or a magnetic cap screw-on oil filter, easy to clean, dismantle and eventually re-assemble after checking. Made of special sintered neodymium covered with a resin coating which ensures its duration, it is super-compact, very powerful and resists temperatures up to 200 ° C. Thanks to the magnetic filter Compo Tech Co, the engine is safer and more durable if compared to traditional systems. It is a cylinder 30 mm long, with a diameter of 14 mm, attracts the magnetic micro-particles on the entire surface of the device, preventing these particle to pollute the oil and the engine is safer.
